Our stairlift broke down completely I rang DCM they came out the same day I was well aware it was well past the sell buy date as it had been installed about 10 years ago. Under no pressure at all I decided to purchase a new one which was installed the very next morning being without the lift isn’t a option for me they even fixed the old one as a temporary measure. I can’t recommend these people enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.
